Business Hours
Business Hours tell Flowcall when you're open. Your hours drive customer expectations and let time-based rules — such as SLA timers that pause outside business hours — behave correctly. Set this up before you rely on any scheduling or SLA behavior.
Each change on this page saves immediately as you make it; there is no separate Save button.
Selecting a business
If your account has more than one business, a Select Business card appears at the top. Choose which business you're editing before changing any hours below. With a single business, the selector is hidden and that business is edited directly.
Timezone
- Timezone — the timezone all your opening and closing times are measured in. Choose from the common timezones in the list (searchable), for example Asia/Kolkata (India), America/New_York (Eastern), or Europe/London (UK).
Changing the timezone saves right away.
Opening hours
Set an Open and Close time for each day of the week, Monday through Sunday, using the 24-hour time pickers.
- Fill in both Open and Close for the days you operate.
- Leave a day's times blank to indicate you're not open that day.
Each time you change an open or close value, the schedule saves immediately.
Holidays
Use the Holidays card to add specific dates when the business is closed, on top of your weekly schedule. This is for one-off closures — public holidays, company events — that don't follow the normal weekly pattern.
