- Hide PII — masks personal identifiable information such as phone numbers, emails, and addresses throughout the interface.
How it works
When Hide PII is on, personal contact details are masked wherever they appear in the app, so agents work the ticket without seeing the customer's raw phone number, email, or address. Turn it on when your team shouldn't have direct access to that data; turn it off when agents need to see and use those details to do their job.
