Super admin tools
Super Admin Tools is an advanced configuration area for platform-level settings that sit above day-to-day workspace configuration. It is visible only to super admins — if you don't see it in the Settings sidebar, you don't have access, and you can skip this page.
Most of this page stages edits behind a Save Changes bar at the bottom (with Discard to revert); a few cards act immediately or have their own Save button. The sections below are an overview of what the area exposes rather than a field-by-field reference — several controls are low-level plumbing that only platform administrators should touch.
What it controls
Executable actions and custom tools
Tag lists that define the executable actions available to workflows and the custom tools available to AI agents. These extend what automation and the AI can do beyond the built-in set.
Custom APIs
Configure custom API endpoints the platform can call (opens in a collapsible panel). See also Custom APIs.
Agent custom fields
Define the custom field keys that appear on agent profiles — for example the provider-specific IDs used to map agents to telephony systems.
Product and store settings
- Product resync interval — how often (in hours) products are automatically re-synced, with the last sync time shown.
- Store search radius — for accounts with stores, the primary geo search radius for the store locator, plus an optional larger fallback radius used when nothing is found nearby.
- WhatsApp template task queue — routes WhatsApp template sends through a named Cloud Tasks queue (empty falls back to the default queue).
Feature toggles
Enable or disable platform features for the account, including Gmail synchronization, Support Automation Gap Analysis (with a button to generate/retry remediations), Conversation Audits (the master on/off for the daily RCA job, with a per-run cap, reset-to-defaults, and run-now), an AI Enabled Users allow-list (members who can use AI even while AI is off for the account), and — when Shopify is connected — a strip fulfillment suffix option for order IDs.
Channel AI controls
Per-channel switches for AI automation: WhatsApp AI, Voice Call AI, Live Chat AI, Instagram AI, and Email AI processing, plus long-delay reassurance replies (a short wait message when an AI reply is delayed by a minute or more). Turning a channel off here disables AI replies and workflow automation for that channel account-wide.
Voice assistants
When Voice Call AI is enabled, a collapsible panel for configuring AI voice assistant settings.
Workflow streams
Enable or disable separate development and production workflow environments. When enabled, workflow edits go to a dev stream by default and can be promoted to prod; disabling reverts to legacy single-stream behavior while preserving existing stream data.
Global holidays
Upload and manage holiday lists (by year and country, via CSV) that apply across all accounts, and review or delete existing lists.
