FAQs
FAQs are question-and-answer pairs your AI agent draws on to answer common customer questions directly, without running a full flow. When a customer's message matches a stored question, the agent replies with the corresponding answer.
FAQs are managed under Settings → AI & Automation → FAQs.
Adding FAQs
From the FAQs page, click Add FAQs. You can add them two ways:
- Fill FAQ Form — enter question/answer pairs one at a time.
- Upload FAQs — bulk-import a file of FAQs.
Editing and deleting
Each FAQ row on the FAQs page can be edited inline or deleted:
- Edit — update the question or answer in place, then Save.
- Delete — remove the FAQ. This cannot be undone.
Use the search box at the top of the page to filter FAQs by question or answer text.
Tips
- Keep questions phrased the way customers actually ask them — the closer the wording, the better the match.
- Prefer FAQs for stable, self-contained answers. For anything that needs live data or a multi-step action, use a Flow instead.
